*Dynamis Demolition was our demolition contractor for a project. This project consisted of the removal of a portion of the existing building as well as selective demolition in a number of areas of the existing portions to remain. The structural removal component of this project required special attention isolating the portion of the building to be removed all while not damaging the

building to remain. Dynamis isolated the removal with surgical precision taking care to not affect the shoring supporting the existing structure in the tear off. After days of preparation the building was separated in clean and safe manner. It was very reassuring having Dynamis on site to oversee and perform this demolition work. Their attention to detail, high quality standards, dedication to safety, and ability to hold the schedule made my job much easier. They were very professional when coordinating with electricians, plumbers, and other trades to ensure the demolition process was safe and specific to only the areas noted for removal. I would be happy to use Dynamis construction on my future projects for building removal and selective demolition.
